Balthali Home Stay (P.) Ltd is a well known government licensed organization in Nepal. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.

01. DOWN PAYMENT:

To secure place, 25% down payment is required to make in advance as per the company policy.

02. HOW TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT:

We accept Wire Transfer / Visa or Mater Card / Western Union / Cash - US Dollar - Euro - Pound - Japanese Yen - Hong Kong Dollar - Australian Dollar - Singapore Dollar - Etc.

03. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS:

Visa and Master cards are widely accepted in Nepal. So they are our preferred credit cards and other major credit cards are also accepted but at times they are less convenient. Please check with us before payment.

Note that you are supposed to pay the bank charges (5% in Nepal) while making payments by credit cards by yourself.

04. LAST MINUTE BOOKING:

We accept your last minute booking with 100% payment (07 days prior to staying date ONLY IN CASES OF our home stay products,

05. REFUND:

No refund will be made for 25% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.

06. SUPPLEMENT CHARGE:

On our Homestay  packages, rooms or tents are provided in sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who required staying in single room.

07. INCOMPLETE TOUR:

No refund will be made to clients who check out from our home stay of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

08. AMENDMENT IN Home Stay Cost:

We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. But, we put forth effort to keep on the present rate.

09. CLIENTS' RESPONSIBLE:

This is completely home stay trip which will be staying and exploring the trip with Local family. So this social responsible Trip as well.  If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave our home stay earlier than plan then No refund will be made in such case.

10. IMPACT ON YOUR JOURNEY:

We put our every effort to ensure comfortable traveling of yours, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly impact on your trip. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey.

11. TRAVEL INSURANCE:

You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.

12. YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

On any account, we’re not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging during your stay. That means your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.

13. PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS:

All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

14. RISK & LIABILITIES:

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your stay very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire trip is conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of our government policies.

Therefore Balthali Home Stay and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the programme due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
